In general, every donation to an account does not trigger a notification email to the account owner, or admin, as that would quickly become excessive on most accounts.
However, there are a few ways to get notified on each donation:
The Most Simple: Enable notifications through Stripe
You can enable notifications through Stripe to be emailed for every successful payment. Go to this page and select "Email" next to "Successful payments."
These are enabled on a per-user basis, so everyone who would like to be notified will need to be linked to your organization's Stripe account and set this up.
